How we pick

A product earns a place here by being well made, safe, honestly described and genuinely available to Malaysian parents. Popularity alone doesn’t count.

What we look for

What we won’t recommend

Anything the American Academy of Pediatrics or Malaysia’s Ministry of Health advise against: inclined sleepers, weighted sleep sacks, cot bumpers and loose bedding for infants, amber teething necklaces, and baby walkers. We also skip products with active safety recalls and any listing that makes medical claims it can’t support.

How we check facts

Materials and certifications come from the brand’s own documentation, not reseller listings. Prices are indicative bands from Malaysian retailers on the date shown on each product, because Shopee and Lazada prices move weekly. If something is discontinued or a link breaks, we replace or remove it.

Health topics

Pages about speech delay, osteopathy, sunlight, grounding or gluten touch on your child’s health. We cite guidance from bodies like the AAP, WHO, NHS and Malaysia’s Ministry of Health, and peer-reviewed research where it exists. Where evidence is thin (grounding, for example) we say so plainly. Nothing here replaces your paediatrician, and every health page tells you when to see one.

Money

We earn from affiliate links. Commission rates vary by store, so we never let them decide what’s recommended or which store is listed first. Read the full affiliate disclosure.
