Little Freddie Organic Fruit & Veg Pouches

EU-certified organic fruit and veg purée pouches with no added sugar or salt; shelf-stable for travel.

Why we picked it: One of the few EU-certified organic pouch ranges you can reliably buy in Malaysia. Simple fruit blends with no added sugar or salt and no preservatives. Shelf-stable, so it's handy for travel and balik kampung trips.
Skip it if: You're doing pure BLW or want to limit pouch sucking (decant into a bowl instead). Fruit-only pouches are naturally sweet, and UK press testing found some Little Freddie stage-one pouches had more sugar than labelled, so balance with veg-forward foods.
