Balance bike
Strider Sport 12 Balance Bike
Light steel pedal-free balance bike with EVA foam tyres for about 18 months to 5 years, sold by Rodalink.
- Why we picked it
- The original toddler balance bike. Light, with no pedals, so kids learn balance before moving to a pedal bike. Malaysia has a local Strider toddler racing scene, and Rodalink sells it in its Malaysian stores and online.
- Skip it if
- You want wood or bamboo, or air tyres. The Sport 12 uses EVA foam tyres, which are fine on paths but less grippy on grass.
